We aim to process all orders withing 2 working days (excluding bank holidays.)

You may cancel your order for any reason and at any time prior to the order being shipped. You can email to  help@songprints.com. There may also be the option to cancel the order when the customer logs into their online customer account and selecting the order in question.

If you have received the goods and are returning it to us, the goods must be returned to us unopened together with the original invoice. We will refund you the purchase price of the goods. We will not refund any charges incurred to return the item to us. The customer has 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us of the return. The customer has a further 14 calendar days to return the order to us.

Once we receive notification from you that you wish to cancel an order or return an order (in accordance with our Terms and Conditions), any sum debited by Song Prints Ltd will be refunded back to the method of payment of which was used when placing the order.

We reserve the right to make a 20% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where  they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, We shall decide to either, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question .
